Refund and Returns Policy

PLEASE READ THIS RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY.

We offer returns on products that are defective, and lost in transit.

  • To receive a refund, or exchange: YOU MUST EMAIL US WITHIN 10 DAYS of receiving a defective product, or within 10 days of when it was scheduled to arrive.

  • Please email

  • You must take photos showing the defect. Ot take screenshots of when it was supposed to arrive. Defective products could include things like:

    • The printing is defective

    • fabric has a mark on it

    • You received a size different than you ordered

    • The fabric is ripped or frayed

We do not take returns because you changed your mind, or if you order a size that does not fit you.

  • Our supplier does not refund us and we are a small company and cannot take the hit.

  • You are ordering a custom made product that is being shipped to you from a long way away. Please take a few minutes to make sure it is exactly what you want and that you are ordering the correct size.

  • Some of our products have European sizing and U.S. RESIDENTS MUST ORDER AT LEAST 1 SIZE LARGER THAN YOU NORMALLY WEAR. THOSE PRODUCTS ARE CLEARLY LABELED. They are:

  • Unisex Organic Cotton T-Shirt

  • Unisex Organic Cotton Premium Eco Hoodie

  • Organic Cotton Sustainable Comfort Funny Women’s Fitted T-Shirt

  • Unisex Organic Raglan Sweatshirt

PLEASE ORDER THESE PRODUCTS AT LEAST ONE SIZE LARGER THAN YOU NORMALLY WEAR. We will not issue a refund or exchange because you did not order one size up.

PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY THAT THERE IS ENOUGH TIME FOR YOUR PRODUCT TO ARRIVE BY WHEN YOU NEED IT.

  • Because these products are custom-made they take longer to arrive than what we are all used to from ordering pre-made products from Amazon and other bulk manufacturing companies

  • Ordering this way helps reduce waste in landfills. We thank you for ordering thoughtfully.
